Basic coverage: family + two vehicles for only 85 euro

In case of illness or accident, wherever you are in the world, we will get you and/or your family safely to a hospital or take you all back home. If you have medical costs overseas, Ethias will reimburse them. In case you have any problems, like your wallet being stolen, we will advance you some money.

Breakdown for two cars
Ethias Assistance takes care of the breakdown and any towing costs or repatriation, right to your door, and anywhere in geographical Europe.
This base cover is valid for two family cars from your home.

This cost includes all the Base Assistance cover, as well as several extra advantages:

• higher cover for overseas medical costs (up to 75.000 euro)
• a courtesy car for a maximum of 5 days if your vehicle has been stolen or can not be repaired within the 24 hours following a breakdown or an accident
• cover for locksmith costs in the event of loss or theft of the car keys from your home.

So you only want to insure people? You need a 14-day policy? No problem! Ethias will do whatever possible to meet your needs.

Direct assistance day and night for only 45 euro per year.
A swaying tree threatens to fall onto your roof, your kitchen is flooded because of a pipe leak, the heating suddenly breaks down during the night in mid-winter& many things can happen, and often at the most inconvenient times. Such unexpected damage calls for urgent action so as to avoid the situation becoming worse - Ethias takes care of everything and will pay the bill.
In emergency situations, all you need to do is call our Assistance Service which is available 24 hours a day. We will immediately send you a certified professional who will carry out an interim emergency repair. We will also directly pay up to 350 euro VAT included per call out for the labour costs related to the repair, as well as the travel costs of the professional, you are not liable for any excess.

When an accident occurs on or outside the ski run, Ethias Assistance covers:

• the costs for descent by sled and/or helicopter as well as the transportation costs from the place of accident to a suitable medical centre;

• for the holders of a "Privilege" contract: refund of ski-pass pro rata the number of unused days and up to a maximum of 125 euro if the policyholder is not able to ski because of sickness or an accident;

• in case of an accident or disappearance abroad: the costs for search or rescue operations for a maximum of 6.250 euro;

• the costs for repatriation of domestic pets when the policyholder has taken out this guarantee (assistance to domestic pets).

Assistance to persons is calculated depending on the travel duration and the travel destination.
